Who to contact

Roofcare London, 6 Claremont Rd, Surbiton, KT6 4QU, is the business receiving enquiries through this website. Contact enquiries@roofcarelondon.co.uk or call 020 8485 9639 with questions about your information.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, telephone number and message. The page from which you submit the enquiry is included to help us understand the service you are asking about. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the roofing work requested and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation or arrange services. This may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in answering general business enquiries and protecting our website from misuse.

Delivery, storage and service providers

Enquiries are sent to our business email account through our email service provider. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. This website does not keep a separate database of submitted enquiries. Email correspondence and any subsequent customer records are held for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, provide services and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. The relevant criteria include whether work goes ahead, any guarantee or dispute and legal record-keeping requirements.

The server uses a temporary security session and rate-limit records to reduce automated abuse. The rate-limit identifier is derived from an IP address using a private key; it is not the readable IP address. Hosting services may also keep access and security logs. Contact us for information about the providers and retention arrangements applying to your enquiry.

Fonts, maps and external links

The site requests Inter and Roboto styles from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google. The embedded Google map loads automatically with browser-native lazy loading as you approach its section. Your browser may connect to Google, sharing technical connection information and allowing Google to use its own technologies. The published address and telephone number are also available without interacting with the map. External websites, including social networks and review platforms, have their own privacy practices. Read Google's privacy policy for information about its services and international processing.

Website analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits and interactions with our website, such as page views, link clicks and form interactions. Ahrefs describes this service as cookie-free and says it does not store raw IP addresses with analytics data or track visitors across days. Connection information is still processed to provide the service, and pseudonymous daily visitor counts are generated. This is not a claim that no data is processed.

See Ahrefs' explanation of Web Analytics and Ahrefs' privacy policy. Contact us with analytics privacy questions. Do not include personal information in URL parameters when linking to this website.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access to your personal information or to ask for inaccurate details to be corrected. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction, portability or to object to processing. We may need information to confirm your identity before responding. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Our form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. This website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, described above; we do not use advertising pixels. See our cookies policy for details of the website's security session.
